How do I place an order?
Choose your colour and size, tap Add to cart, then go to checkout and enter your delivery details. You will get an order confirmation once the order is placed.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay when your order arrives.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Choose Bank Deposit at checkout. Our Meezan Bank account details are shown after you place the order. Send the payment receipt with your order number on WhatsApp.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible and we will check whether it has already been dispatched.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered in 4–5 business days.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is Rs 300 on every order, anywhere in Pakistan. It is shown at checkout before you pay.
How do I check my order status?
Sign in to your account to see your orders, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Exchanges
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, within 5 days of delivery.
What condition does the item need to be in?
Items must be unworn, with tags attached.
How do I request an exchange?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the size or colour you would like instead.

Which sizes are available?
Sizes depend on the style — most jackets come in M, L and XL, and some also in S. Each product page shows the sizes in stock for that style.
How do I choose my size?
Send us your usual size, height and weight on WhatsApp and we will help you pick the right fit.
